Gymnastics broke the streak and returned to victory in basketball

Gimnasia broke a streak of four consecutive visitor losses, beating Club Del Progreso last night 90-79, in Río Negro, in a match valid for the Southern Conference of the Argentine Basketball League.

In this way, the La Plata team smiled again in the national tournament, since it had come from four falls in a row outside of La Plata: Pico FC (76-61); Cyclist (83-78); Villa Miter (BB) (91-69) and Deportivo Viedma (86-56).

Gymnastics performance went from low to high. There was a good job and several high points like those of Yago Sánchez, Franco Barroso, Tomás Cocha. And the usual contribution of the experienced Nicolás Gianella.

Except in the second quarter, which ended level at 38, in the other chapters Lobos showed better arguments than its rival.

The mens sana quintet, led by Fabián Renda, started the game with Yago Sánchez, Nicolás Gianella, Juan Pablo Lancieri, Facundo Barroso and Marcos Helman. Then Tomás Cocha, Santiago Mazza, Facundo Vallejos and Alan Moreno entered.

While the venue, led by Juan Kass, did so with Facundo Sánz, Julián Ruiz, Leonardo Solís, Emilio Santana and Gustavo Maranguello. Then Nahuel Navarro, Nicolás Peralta, Eitán Ladosky and Hernán Losito entered.

The next presentation of Gymnastics in the Argentine League (Southern Conference) will be tomorrow at 9:00 p.m., at the “Víctor Nethol” Sports Center, against Parque Sur.
