Emanuela Maccarani and her assistant, Olga Tishina, have been officially referred by the federal prosecutor in the context of the investigation into the alleged abuses at the International Academy of Rhythmic Gymnastics in Desio after the notice of 4 January. The communication arrived via pec on the afternoon of Monday 30 January, now the court will have to fix the hearing which cannot be before twenty days, with the former manager of the national team of the Butterflies who risks a fine up to suspension for a maximum of two years or even expulsion
