Great results for badminton players

This weekend, the regional league championship, organized at the Joinville gymnasium by Les Fous de bad, brought together 113 participants.

It was open to area veterans and para-bads for the first time. The meetings took place over two days and allowed the twenty players of Pithiviers to collect medals and cups. The ladies have all made it to the podium at one level or another.

Note the performance of the club’s only para-bad practitioner, Sabrina Cornayre and her famous competition chair nicknamed “Pépito”. She was ranked vice-champion of France in singles and bronze medal in doubles on Sunday January 15 in Toulouse.

Coming up, at the Joinville gymnasium, a youth departmental tournament on March 18, and a departmental competition 1 the next day.
