Girls in the spotlight at the Muret Judo-Club

At the end of 2022, it is mainly women who have highlighted the Muret Judo Club in major competitions.

First of all, among the youngest during the first departmental criterium, Manon Hennequin finished 2nd, Keyna Fils and Jade Damian took the 3rd step of the podium. Then, among the minims, still in the same competition, Mélissa Cassin finished 1st and Ambre Coco brought back the bronze.

The latter also brings to the Muretain club a very good 2nd place in the national tournament of Toulouse. Also note the two beautiful 5th places of Rym Benagrouba and Virya Tan during this same tournament.

Finally among the biggest, in juniors, Ilonna Cosson and Emma Moulin have chained good performances. Emma finished 5th at the Clermont-Ferrand tournament, then 3rd at Tarbes, and 7th at Moissac. Ilona chained two 3rd place at the tournaments of Tarbes and Limoges. She also finished 1st in the regional university qualifications and at the Moissac tournament and ranked 7th at the international tournament in Aix en Provence. She is currently ranked 5th best judoka in France.

It is therefore with great hope and confidence in its students that the Muret Judo Club will be able to start this new year 2023.
