Cuban baseball player signs with the Chicago White Sox

The young 17-year-old Cuban baseball player, Rafael Álvarez, officially signed his bond with the organization of the Chicago White Sox, a team corresponding to the Major Leagues of American baseball.

According to reported Francys Romero, Álvarez will receive a $350,000 bonus for stamping her rubric with said organization.

Rafael Álvarez, a whole future ahead

Álvarez left the country with just 16 years of age and a whole future ahead of him; a future that, after this signing, he is beginning to ensure little by little, and not only economically speaking, but also with respect to his dreams, those that he could never achieve within Cuba due to the lack of opportunities caused by the dictatorship .
