Conade announces its call for the 2023 Nationals

The National Commission of Physical Culture and Sport (CONADE), based on the General Law of Physical Culture in its articles 2, 6 and 30 section XXI, launched the Official Call for what will be the CONADE 2023 Nationals, which will take place between the month of May and July.

The working document officially issued by CONADE includes all the details on the 51 sports that will be developed, as well as categories, divisions and other guidelines that all State Sports Bodies must comply with.

Being an open call, athletes of Mexican nationality who reside in national territory or abroad, as well as resident foreign athletes (temporary or permanent) who meet the requirements of this call may participate.

The Official Call confirms Tabasco as the main venue, as well as the sub-venues of Nayarit, Morelos, Aguascalientes and Jalisco to house the athletes of the federative entities and sports entities for these CONADE 2023 Nationals.

Both the institutional, municipal and mayoral stages, the stages and their dates will be marked by the respective Physical Culture and Sports body. While Regional and Macro Regional registrations will be according to compliance in each region and macro region.

It will be in the month of April when all the competitions such as National Qualifiers, National Regionals and Macroregionals take place, in addition to registration for the national stage and the national technical meeting. The CONADE 2023 Nationals will take place between the months of May, June and July.

The sports in which the CONADE 2023 Nationals will take place will be Open Water, Chess, Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, 3×3 Basketball, Baseball, 5-a-side Baseball, Bowling, Boxing, Breaking, Canoeing, Horse Riding, Cycling, Diving, Sport Climbing, Fencing , Fronton, Association Soccer, Artistic Gymnastics (Women’s and Men’s), Rhythmic, Trampoline.

As well as Golf, Handball, Field Hockey, Judo, Karate, Weightlifting, Wrestling, Swimming, Artistic Swimming, Roller Skates, Modern Pentathlon, Water Polo, Racquetball, Rowing, Rodeo, Rugby Sevens, Softball, Squash, Surfing , Taekwondo, Tennis, Table Tennis, Archery, Sports Shooting, Triathlon, Sailing, Volleyball and Indoor Volleyball.

The call confirms the new Regions marked by CONADE, where Veracruz is located in the 5 along with Puebla, Oaxaca, Tlaxcala and Hidalgo. As well as the three Macroregions for qualifiers of 17 sports where Veracruz is in C along with Campeche, Chiapas, Hidalgo, IMSS, Oaxaca, Puebla, Quintana Roo, Tabasco, Tlaxcala, UNAM and Yucatán.

The registration period for the CONADE Sports Events System will open from April 2023, where Veracruz will have to register its national delegation on the 13th of that same month.

In the next few days, the Veracruz Institute of Sports directed by José Alberto Nava Lozano, will issue the Call for the 2023 State Selective towards the CONADE 2023 Nationals.
