Chelsea Supporters Sing Chant Tuchel Before Potter

Chelsea fans look annoyed to see Graham Potter struggling. Against Manchester City, the Blues fans even sang chant for Thomas Tuchel.

Chelsea played badly when crushed by Manchester City in the third round of the 2022/2023 FA Cup. Visiting the Etihad Stadium, Sunday (8/1/2023), the Blue scored four goals without reply.

In the middle of that match, Chelsea fans apparently missed Thomas Tuchel. As the game progressed, Chelsea fans in the stands sang a song for his former manager. The video is viral on social media.

“We’ve got super Tommy Tuchel, He knows exactly what we need, Thiago at the back, Timo in attack, Chelsea are gonna win the Champions League (again)…,” so the lyrics of the song sung by Chelsea fans.

The German manager was previously fired by Todd Boehly’s new management, despite having won three trophies, including the Champions League. Tuchel’s departure is sad for many Chelsea fans.

Tuchel himself was later replaced by Graham Potter. The English manager has so far struggled to coach Chelsea.

Of the 18 matches, Chelsea have lost 6 times, drawn 4 times, and just won 8 times. From these poor results, Chelsea were eliminated from the English League Cup, FA Cup, and fell to 10th place in the Premier League standings.
