Robi Darwis got the chance to play in the Indonesian el clasico match between Persib Bandung vs Persija Jakarta, Wednesday (11/1/2022). Robi entered in the 62nd minute to replace Abdul Aziz, not long after the goal came through Ciro Alves’ action to win the game in front of Bobotoh.
Robi is grateful to be entrusted by coach Luis Milla to appear in the high-tension match against Persija. As a 19-year-old player, the opportunity given will be very meaningful, he also plays well enough to maintain a stable midfield.
“Alhamdulillah, I was able to play in my first match against Persija, of course I am very happy to be able to feel an extraordinary atmosphere, you know how Persija vs Persib is,” Robi said.
He simply took lessons from the prestigious match that was in the public spotlight. There was a lot of input from senior players like Dedi Kusnandar, so that Robi could play calmly, focus and read the match situation carefully.
“Yes, the lesson is reading the situation, then Robi, a young player, has a passionate soul, getting input from Dado for Robi himself. Thank God, Robi can play well and hopefully in the future, Robi can improve and be even better,” he explained.
Ahead is waiting for the match against Bhayangkara FC, Monday (16/1/2023) at the Wibawa Mukti Stadium, Bekasi Regency. Whoever the opponent and wherever the game is held, he is determined to get three points.
“Of course for Robi and the team, to play anywhere, spirit, of course the target is three points. This is also a very good capital at the beginning of the year, hopefully later we will become champions, “said Robi.
