The 2023 edition of the Federal Basketball League has its first confirmed dates for the eight divisions that make up the contest. It will formally start on Saturday, January 28 with three games.
The team from Posada will be the first to take to the field when they face Sarmiento de Formosa at home, at the Jorge Yamaguchi stadium, on February 6.
Tokio, directed by Agustín Ponissi, will be the representative of the province in the NEA Region for having been the winner of the Pre Federal 2022. Ponissi will have a varied squad: most of the club’s players, the return of Romero, Viana, Gallardo, Flores and Tabbia.

“I am very happy with the team that we were able to put together, very happy for having managed to have a fairly large representation not only of the club, but also in the province,” Ponissi commented in dialogue with Canal 12. He considered that “this speaks highly of the project itself, not only because of what we are looking for sportingly but also to mark a way of working and values that we have as a club.”
The Básquet Pass streaming platform will broadcast live all the games of the season, as happened in the previous edition.
