« It’s going to be tough for him because he’s going to carry a big emotional burden and no one is immune to anything that’s happened to him here. In his favour, he is not yet under the stress of competition after a long pre-season and he will have time to get used to the conditions of the Adelaide tournament. I hope he doesn’t fall apart like he did at the US Open 2021 and most importantly I have faith that the Australian public will respect him as the great champion he is. »
