ADA Blois hires point guard Robert Johnson until the end of the season

Stuck in a black series of eight consecutive defeats, the last Sunday at Le Mans (85-100), Blois is adjusting its workforce. The promoted announced the departure of the American leader Keandre Cook (1.95 m, 25 years old, 8.6 points on average) and immediately found his replacement. This is his compatriot Robert Johnson (1.93 m, 27 years old), who can also play at the back.

The native of Richmond, Virginia arrives from Naples, in the Italian first division, where he played at the start of the season. Trained at the prestigious Indiana University (2014-2018), he had a stint in the G-League with the Wisconsin Herd, affiliated with the Milwaukee Bucks, before heading to Europe for the 2019-2020 season. Before signing in Naples, he came out of half a season in the jersey of Legia Warsaw (Poland) for 20.5 points, 4.8 assists and 49.3% three-point success.

The ADA hopes to qualify Johnson by the reception of Pau-Orthez next Sunday (3:15 p.m.). A crucial match for Blois, who fell into the relegation zone after a sparkling start to the season (4 wins in 4 matches).
