The Rams have confirmed other announced changes to their roster. Defender Daniel Bukač and forward Jakub Illéš are missing from the first league competition, goalkeeper Libor Kašík will be visiting Slovakia for a month.
Bukač will join the Pardubice team, while Illéš will wear the jersey of Prostějov. And Kašík? He will try a one-month loan in Nitra, goalkeeper David Honzík is coming in the opposite direction.
“The team needs to be oxygenated, changing the coach alone is not self-saving. Yesterday’s game showed us what path we want to take this season and the next,” general manager Robert Hamrla alludes to Tuesday’s triumph against the Hawks.
“The team needs to be oxygenated, changing the coach alone is not self-saving.”
“The coaches and I decided to let Jakub and Dan join other teams, and I thank them for their work for our club. In defense, young players deserve an opportunity, as Adam Burian showed yesterday. We are also considering deploying more juniors in the attack,” adds Hamrla.
Both players arrived in Zlín as summer reinforcements, but their anabasis at the club ends relatively quickly. The Rams thus react to the unsatisfactory development of the basic part.

And he adds: “Now David Honzík will help us, who can also catch very well. I firmly believe that this change will help both of them to return to their winning mentality.”
