Success for the Jazz, 5′ for Fontecchio
Five games played in the NBA on the Italian night between Tuesday and Wednesday.
The Utah Jazz try to get back up after a few ups and downs by beating the Detroit Pistons 126-111: 38 points for Lauri Markkanen, while Simone Fontecchio is only used 5′ without scoring or registering assists or rebounds.
On the other hand, the Denver Nuggets fly to the West, who with a Nikola Jokic of 13 points, 13 rebounds and 13 assists beat the Memphis Grizzlies 105-91, which are not enough for 35 points from Ja Morant. For the ‘Mile High City’ team it is an important success, which is worth hooking up with the Grizzlies at the top of the Conference.
In the East, however, the New York Knicks continue to rise, overwhelming the Golden State Warriors 132-94 thus obtaining the eighth consecutive victory: on the shields Julius Randle, author of a double-double of 15 points and 12 rebounds.
The Chicago Bulls try to pick up the pace and, driven by Nikola Vucevic’s 29+12, they beat the Miami Heat 113-103. Finally, a surprise knockout for the Phoenix Suns, defeated at home by the Washington Wizards of a brilliant Kyle Kuzma (29 points): 113-110 the final score for the team from the Capital.
