Three people set fire to a dumpster on the grounds of a school. There were no injuries, the arsonists fled.
On Thursday evening, December 29, shortly before 11 p.m., passers-by observed smoke coming out of a garbage container that was on the grounds of the Theodor-Heuss-Gymnasium on Andreas-Hofer-Strasse in the St. Georgen district of Freiburg. They also noticed three suspected young men aged 18 to 20 wearing baseball hats. They called the police and the alleged perpetrators fled on two bicycles.
The garbage container burned out completely, the amount of property damage is currently being determined. The Freiburg-Süd police station accepts relevant information on 0761/ 882-4421.
