Unhappy Wout Faes scores 2 (!) clumsy owngoals at Anfield in Leicester defeat in Liverpool | Premier League

Leicester – with Tielemans on the bench – got off to an excellent start after a goal from Dewsbury-Hall. The visitors held on well, until the nightmare started for Faes. Alexander-Arnold put the leather in front of goal. Through an unfortunate intervention by the Red Devil, the leather fluttered behind goalkeeper Ward via the post. It got even crazier on the stroke of halftime. Liverpool striker Núñez lobbed the ball over Ward onto the post. A surprised Faes kicked the rebound into his own goal. With this double own goal, the Red Devil is the fourth player in Premier League history to score two own goals in one match. Liverpool took the win in the second half.
