The Playoffs – NFL releases coaching staff for 2023 Pro Bowl Games

The NFL announced on Monday (12) the head coaches for the 2023 Pro Bowl, the first edition under the new format of the event – ​​now renamed the Pro Bowl Games.

Peyton and Eli Manning are the highlights of the list. The former quarterbacks will be head coaches for the AFC and NFC, respectively. Peyton Manning’s company Omaha Productions was one of those responsible for reformulating the format of the Pro Bowl.

The American Conference side will have US flag football quarterback Vanita Krouch as offensive coordinator and former linebacker and Hall of Famer Ray Lewis. The National Conference team will have Mexico flag football team quarterback Diana Flores as offensive coordinator and former edge rusher DeMarcus Ware as defensive coordinator.

For 2023, the first edition of the Pro Bowl Games will have the now traditional skill competitions starting on February 2nd. On the 5th, the two teams will face each other in flag football games, replacing the traditional All-Star Game format adopted until 2022. The matches will have two halves of 20 minutes and will be played with seven players on each side, in a 50 yards.
