The Corrientes Sports Festival returns with the delivery of the Curuzú Awards

The Circle of Sports Journalists of Corrientes will finalize tonight, after 14 years, the delivery of the “Curuzú de los Milagros” awards. The event will take place from 8:30 p.m. at the Sociedad Española, located at Mendoza 530.

The effort and dedication of the athletes will close the season with the award gala for the outstanding performers of the year. There will be 30 disciplines to highlight, plus special prizes and the delivery of the Curuzú de Oro.

An exhaustive work that took several months of research, consultations, contributions from affiliated journalists, clubs, associations and sports federations, led to the preparation of the list of those who will be distinguished. This year there are 30 disciplines to reward. This is how promises, young talents and also those with the most experience appear who continue to lead the sport of Corrientes to the highest level of the national and international level.

The Sports Festival did not take place between 2008 and 2021. During that time there were many athletes who achieved memorable successes, which is why those who stood out throughout that period will be distinguished. As well, a special prize will also be awarded, prior to the Curuzú de los Milagros de Oro.

The event is supported by the Government of Corrientes, the Municipality of the City of Corrientes, Aguas de Corrientes, Distribuidora Jota Be, Complot, Puma Energy, Papelera Necochea, Ivess and Agropecuaria del Paraná SA. Diario Época, El Litoral, El Libertador, FM Net also support this edition.

The ceremony will be televised by the Telesat Production Company and can be seen live on the YouTube channel of the Círculo de Periodistas Deportivos, www.youtube.com/@circulodeperiodistasdeportivos.
