If I have to choose a player to win a title, I want to play with Giannis. If only for his domination, his ability to drive to the basket, his talents as a playmaker, defender, the intimidation he brings… His way of playing fits in well with mine. I would offer something that complements what it is capable of, and vice versa.
More focused on outside shooting than his Greek counterpart, Dame would indeed represent a perfect complement to Giannis. At the same time, the latter’s size, deterrence and physique wouldn’t hurt a Blazers away from being a Larry O’Brien Trophy contender right now.
