Los Stussy x Nike Air Penny II They come in two different versions: there’s the triple black model, which even includes a dark Air unit in the heel, and the green and black model, with contrasting suede and leather panels. Both present the characteristic wavy central part of the sneakerswhich perfectly reflects the roots of Stussy in the Southern California surf scene. Lil PennyHardaway’s alter ego in the original ’90s ads, even appears in the new campaign, this time riding the waves in a green pair.
Maybe the race Penny Hardaway has been marred by injuries and has never reached its full potential. But with a series of reissues and this latest Stussy collaboration, her line of sneakers continues to thrive. Although this time she does it in a more subdued and discreet way, as is the case with the Stussy x Nike Air Penny IIwhich will cost $200 and will be available from December 20.
