“Hundreds of young people had gathered at Brussels-South, the atmosphere was very exuberant, but became a bit grim. Just when the police wanted to intervene, you saw many young people and adults forming a human chain to ask that group to to keep it peaceful and not to let it riot again. That worked. It then remained restless for a while and the police remained present en masse, but eventually peace returned.”
