The family

Not long ago, Marie ružičková told eXtra.cz that she would not oppose the second child. But now she turned 180 degrees. In a live broadcast on Instagram, she talked about this topic and admitted that she no longer wants another child. According to Vladimír Růžička’s wife, bad times are to blame.

Marie Růžičková has a five-year-old daughter Lejla with Vladimír Růžičková, who makes the hockey coach’s wife very happy. Given that Maria is 34 years old, she could still have at least one child. After all, the editors of eXtra.cz also asked about this recently. “Now we are at the stage where we say no. But I admit that we talk about the child at home,” Růžičková admitted.

According to the hockey legend’s wife, Růžička was against it in particular. “My husband says we still have two years. By the time our daughter is seven, we can have another one.” explained Růžičková, saying that they would not like to have “two only children” at home, and according to them, seven years is the limit age difference, then the children would be too far apart in terms of development and interests. But as it turned out, nothing like that will happen.

It’s a bad time

In a live broadcast on Instagram, Marie turned 180 degrees and refuted all speculations about another baby with a blow. “No, I don’t want another child” Růžičková surprised her fans. They subsequently began to question why she took such a stance.

“I don’t like the times we live in. Recently there was the covid pandemic, now there’s a war in Ukraine. It’s a bad time, people are generally not nice to each other and I don’t like what’s happening now. It’s not for the next child,” she explained her position. It seems that Lejla will be an only child.

She didn’t bake because of her grandmother’s death

But on the other hand, that means more gifts. Růžičková herself said that the family is already looking forward to Christmas and that she will bake cookies this year as well. She wasn’t able to do that last year for a sad reason. “My grandmother died and I used to bake cookies connected to her,” she explained. “But this year I will bake. I’m a trained confectioner, it would be a shame if I didn’t bake,” she added with a smile.
