RD declares itself ready for the 2022 Norceca circuit grand final

Punta Cana.- The Dominican Republic team declared itself ready to seek the highest honors in the grand final of the Norceca Beach Volleyball Continental Circuit, to be held this weekend in this town.

Oscar Martínez, Harllen de Jesús, Bethania Almanzar and Crismil Paniagua, will be responsible for raising the country’s flag in the fair that will take place at Los Corales beach.

The grand final will host 24 teams from 12 countries in search of reaching points for the Central American Games in San Salvador 2023 and the Pan American Games in Santiago de Chile.

“We are prepared to give our best in this great final that looks like it will be one of the best due to the high level of each of the players. We will defend our flag and we will take advantage by playing against our people”, expressed the duo made up of Martínez and De Jesús.

On their side, the couple made up of Almanzar and Paniagua, highlighted the importance of achieving favorable results in order to score points for the upcoming Central American and Pan American games in 2023.

“This grand final means a lot to us as it awards important points for next year’s games, I think we will come out on top since we know most of our opponents”, expressed the talented athletes.

Among the confirmed countries are: Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, United States, Jamaica, Virgin Islands, Cuba and the Dominican Republic.

The event is organized by the Dominican Sports Tourism and Marketing Sport Event Foundation, chaired by Amós Anglada.
