NFL Week 13 Thursday Night Football Betting: Bills vs Patriots

Por Dave Schwab Para Scores And Stats

The AFC East battle between the Buffalo Bills and New England Patriots headlines Week 13 of the NFL on Thursday Night Football. The Bills are a 5-point favorite as visitors and -225 on the money line. The total is fixed at 43.5 points.

Buffalo has won six of its last eight games, but is 3-4-1 ATS. New England is 3-1 in both SU and ATS, and the total has remained low in three of the last four games. Here are the top five bets to make on Thursday Night Football in the NFL.

Stefon Diggs: Scores a touchdown anytime (+105)

Stefon Diggs leads the Bills in receiving touchdowns with nine and he has 84 receptions for 1,110 yards in 11 games. Diggs has scored a touchdown in five of his last seven games.

New England’s defense is allowing 198.5 yards per game, which is ninth in the league. However, the Patriots allowed three touchdown receptions to Minnesota last Thursday.

Josh Allen: Over 1.5 passing touchdowns (-175)

Buffalo’s offense revolves around Josh Allen’s play as his team’s halfback. He completed 262 field goal attempts for 3,183 yards and 23 touchdown passes in 11 games this year. He also completed touchdown passes to seven Bills players over the course of the season.

Allen has completed multiple TD passes in seven of 11 games played this year, with two TD passes against Detroit last Thursday. He was 24-of-42 throwing the ball against the Lions for 253 yards.

Devin Singletary: 53.5+ rushing yards (-115)

Buffalo’s Devin Singletary carried the ball 124 times for 552 yards and that works out to 50.2 yards per game rushing the ball. He is gaining steam with the ball with 88 yards against Cleveland and 72 yards against Detroit in his last two games.

New England’s defense is allowing 109.3 rushing yards per game and Buffalo’s offense is averaging 136.7 rushing yards per game. As the Bills’ second leading rusher, Singletary has the opportunity to go 53 yards before the final quarter.

Mac Jones: 1.5+ touchdown passes (+165)

I expect Buffalo’s Allen to surpass 1.5 TDs in Thursday night’s game, the same can be said for Patriots Mac Jones. He’s coming off a career day with 28 completions for 382 yards and two TD passes against Minnesota.

Buffalo’s defense allows 221.6 passing yards, which ranks them 19th in the league. Jones has to stretch his offense to meet the challenge, instead of relying on the Patriots defense to do its part.

Rhamondre Stevenson: 28.5+ receiving yards (-130)

Rhamondre Stevenson still leads New England with 151 carries for 680 yards, but he’s also getting the ball with 50 catches for 359 yards this year. He’s grabbed 50+ yards in four of his last five games.

He has 33 receptions in his last five games, after just 17 receptions in his first six games of the year. Stevenson could pass 28 receiving yards by the end of the third quarter.
