The calendar for the second concentration of the IBSA NEXT GEN CUP 22-23 has been defined, which sees the Under19 teams of the 16 Serie A clubs compete in a one-way Italian format.
The second concentration of the group stage will take place in Trento at the BLM Group Arena and in Rovereto at the Palazzetto dello Sport “A. Marchetti” from 23 to 26 February 2023 thanks to the collaboration of the Municipality of Trento, the Municipality of Rovereto, Trentino Marketing, the APT of Trento, the APT of Rovereto, Fip Trentino Alto-Adige, Aquila Basket Trento and Junior Basket Rovereto.
The Next Gen Educational project will continue in Trento and Rovereto, which will see a new session of thematic meetings between the boys of the 16 teams and the “A Better Basketball” team. A training course that will once again see IBSA and Umana alongside LBA in a of training that the Lega Basket has been carrying out for several years.
The first four of the two groups qualify for the Final Eight by knockout – scheduled for 10, 11 and 12 April at a venue to be defined.
This is the ranking of the two groups at the end of the first three days played in Pesaro in the first concentration from 12 to 14 November 2022.
