More than 410 members of the Sport leisure culture association

Châtillon-Coligny. SLC in general assembly. . Thursday evening was held, at the club foyer of Châtillon-Coligny, the 56 e annual general meeting of the Sport, Leisure and Culture (SLC) association, chaired by Claude Loiseau.

The president assured the departmental councilor, Alain Grandpierre, and the mayors present, Florent De Wilde and Christian Chevalier, of the good health of this association which brings together more than fifteen sections.

To date, it has more than 413 members spread over several sections: badminton, basketball, dance, art coaching, fitness, gymnastics, handball, multimedia-computers, painting and sculpture, scrabble, theatre, volleyball, zumba. and sports activities for children, the associative studio Les Oreilles en pointe and the music school.

It was noted that the activities have resumed at 100% since the sudden stop due to the Covid-19 pandemic; each section has even seen the number of members increase.

For the badminton section, it is Antony Petitdemange who takes over the presidency in place of Laurent Lepsch. The dance section deplores the theft of barnums during a demonstration at the Espace des Etangs in Nogent-sur-Vernisson, and the head of the fencing section informed the assembly of a lack of members. .

The handisport section which was to be created will not see the light of day due to a lack of members (only one person).

Question finances, all the sections are beneficiaries, except the scrabble which had to regulate the displacements of the people selected for the championships of France.

The office was renewed and Élise Haumont became titular secretary.
