Malargüinos trained with world and Olympic champion judoka Paula Pareto – Malargüe a Diario

The purpose was to prepare the judokas of the 2006, 2007 and 2008 categories located in positions 1 and 2 of the national ranking.

Keila Villarruel and Dionel Villar were summoned last weekend to participate in the High Performance Camp led by Paula Pareto, which took place in Santa Rosa, La Pampa.

“It seems like a dream to be able to reach this level knowing that we are so far away and all that these boys have won,” Pablo Villarruel told Diario Malargüe.

It should be remembered that Keila, this year, became South American champion and 3 times Argentine champion in one year and Dionel achieved the South American runner-up, “he was among the first two in Argentine championships; The year these guys have had has been very hard, they have trained a lot”.

The municipal judo teacher highlighted the effort made by these judokas, “this was unthinkable, they continue to train at high performance, depriving themselves of parties, birthdays, they prefer to train and continue representing their country than to stay.”

Villarruel took the opportunity to thank the Municipality of Malargüe, Luis Lopez and Nelson Torres, “who make this possible. I want to bring up the subject of the teachers, Nicolás Parasecoli and Angélica Ojeda who accompanied us, it was as a Mendoza technique; the boys have grown a lot as teachers”.

This High Performance Camp was organized by the Undersecretary of Sports, Recreation and Tourism of the Ministry of Social Development and had the purpose of training the judokas classes 2006, 2007 and 2008 located in positions 1 and 2 of the national ranking of each category for the assembly of the national teams for the upcoming commitments.
