Ithac: this name may not mean anything to you and yet, this adapted company collaborates with many sports organizations. Its most recent partnership is with the French Football Federation.

Values ​​that make it successful

Based in Riorges, this company employs nearly 80% of people with disabilities. It has several sectors of activity: “we have 320 employees in the Loire, including 35 in textiles. We make t-shirts, polo shirts and sweatshirts,” explains Ithac’s general manager, Patrick Laurent, to Progrès. The company promises its customers products “made in France” and as local as possible “the goal is to reduce the carbon footprint and hire people who might have great difficulty finding a job,” says the manager.

In partnership with the FFF, but not only

According to the latter, the FFF would have contacted Ithac because “the values ​​that we convey have greatly pleased the representatives of the sports organization” he confides. The collection of Passe D sweatshirts and t-shirts was therefore able to see the light of day last November to be marketed in the official shops of the Federation.

For this campaign, the players of the France team who will face Morocco this Wednesday evening in the semi-finals of the World Cup took part in a photo shoot. Patrick Laurent assures us: his order book is full “next year, we will supply the textile merchandising for Roland-Garros, the Tour de France cyclist but also the football clubs of the Olympique de Marseille and the Paris- Saint Germain. In 2024, we will also supply the Paris Olympics”.
