At the big Christmas tournament in Huckarde, numerous children from the Scharnhorst judo section of the 1st Judo and Jiu-Jitsu Club Dortmund eV were also invited.
Kerstin and Frank Räther did a great job organizing the traditional internal tournament and invited other clubs to participate. This offer was very well received by the clubs from Meschede, Lünen and Selm and the children, parents and carers had a lot of fun together.
At the end there was a surprise for the Scharnhorst department, which the head of department Josef Arkadius Dawid accepted. It is an electronic competition board that can now be used by the Scharnhorst department for their own internal tournaments. Josef thanked the Scharnhorst department for the great gift from Huckarde.
The Judo Kids from Scharnhorst were able to win 3 x gold, 5 x silver and 3 x bronze. congratulations on these successes and the children showed super strong fights, which Josef was very proud of.
The judo children always train on Mondays and Thursdays from 4:30 p.m. in the gym of the Bushei elementary school in Scharnhorst. If you have the time and inclination, you are welcome to come by for a trial session. You are always welcome.
