With 85 gymnasts and 300 family members accompanying the children, the gala was successfully held at the Club Alem.
“More than positive, last night I thought, I do not measure what artistic gymnastics is coming to in Pringles, what started with a little school in Cosmopolita, in a gym, now in Alem, we went through different places, they gave me space and today we are driving around of 90-100 girls and boys” commented to Diario EL ORDEN, Vanessa López, a teacher of the entity.
The one in Alem is one of the most numerous in terms of the number of girls and boys who attend the artistic gymnastics school.
“It is very numerous, we have professors who are about to graduate, a work team was formed. We help them solve croissants, verticals, and we attended three tournaments this year, Bahía Blanca, Punta Alta and Saldungaray”.
“More than happy, satisfied, proud, 3 years ago I tore up doing the gala, yesterday I was able to do the croissant with the girls, that they see me, that I also do gymnastics like them. It was very beautiful, very magical.”
With a lot of emotion for what she has experienced, Vanessa says that in summer the activity does not stop. They will continue to work during December, January and February, they will be there on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m., until they resume normal hours in March.
“We have various groups of jobs, according to age. Each one enters with their ages and that in the long run brings its fruits ”she marked.
A TOTAL FLOWER, WITH A “MESSAGE” AT THE GALA
“Alem was too small for us. The commission always suggests holding the event outside, but you have to do a lot of moving gym equipment and chairs; although I have to admit that last night (on Sunday) we were very tight, with a lot of heat, so we will consider it for next year”.
Vanessa indicates that more than a gala, it is an event in which the gymnasts can show their families what they have practiced during the year, and that perhaps in future editions two events can be held, one in the middle of the year and another at the end. .
In addition, in each of the galas a message is always left, a moral for the children and their families. In this case, with the collaboration of Marta Taffetani, we worked on Fiona (from the movie Shrek).
“We give closure to each gala in terms of leaving a teaching. In this year’s, Fiona felt bad because she was green, fat; Marta Taffetani was a part of it, telling the story of Fiona and how good she felt when everyone accepted her, when she could find her love; the importance of respecting ourselves as we are, we always give it a touch, a moral ”she concluded.
