On the contrary, the organizers and/or the participants called the young people together, inviting them to participate en masse. Yes, because during the December 10 demonstration, someone launched the idea of meeting again to keep attention high on the problems of the mountains, starting precisely with health care, and then moving on to the road system.
E’ Agostino Marchetti, the soul of the protest, the first to speak and he does so by launching a harsh indictment of those who have always administered those territories and who have evidently disregarded the promises made.
“How can you then expect people to come and live in the mountains?”, asks Marchetti, referring to the one-off regional contributions, allocated for those who make this lifestyle choice.
After Agostino Marchetti, he took the floor Alessandro Raniero Davolicouncilor of the opposition, who underlined the importance of the fight for the protection of the Sant’Anna hospital, also in the light of the community hospital project, which is about to be built (approximately 6 million euros have been allocated for the construction) and which will only be used for post-operative hospitalization, with 20 beds.
“In reality, our concern is that this hospital, which will be built near the Green Cross headquarters, has been planned to replace the Sant’Anna,” Councilor Davoli said.
Then it was the turn of Umberto Gianferrarirelative of Marconi, doctor and Catholic exponent who built the hospital for which he manifests himself, the Sant’Anna hospital.
