Ex-Red Devil Gert Verheyen needs no introduction to the Belgian football world. The same goes for Annelien Coorevits, the ex of Anderlecht icon Olivier Deschacht.
Verheyen and Coorevits came together on Wednesday to attend the press day of ‘Over De Ocean’. They both participate in the second season of the program, which will be shown on Streamz from December 26.
In the program they will complete a sailing trip of more than five thousand kilometers together with Ella Leyers, Elodie Ouedraogo, James Cooke and Jonas Geirnaert. The destination is tropical Santa Lucia in the Caribbean Sea.
They participate in the Atlantic Rally For Cruisers throughout the series. This is a sailing competition that has been organized since 1986. It is the largest competition of its kind and counts about 250 participants each year.
