After exciting preliminary rounds, both of our teams were able to assert themselves as pool winners and thus move into the final round. Here, too, both teams showed their skills and in a dominant manner secured entry into the final and the chance to call themselves German team champions of the U15s. For our girls it was now time to take revenge on KG TSV Abendsberg/TSV Großhadern, the two teams already met in the preliminary round with a better outcome for Bayern. After exciting fights, this fight also ended in favor of Bayern, so the girls secured a strong second place and the corresponding title of German runner-up.
A fighting community from Bavaria is also waiting for the boys, the KG TSV Großhadern/Judo-Team Ansbach. For our boys it was now the mission of defending the title – after 2018 and 2019 the cup should go to Potsdam in 2022 (2020 and 2021 corona-related failure). After exciting fights, our boys showed the most beautiful judo and thus secured us the title of German team champion again!
