‘France Football’ announces Ballon d’Or finalists

Thirty players were nominated as finalists for the best player in the world award by French magazine this Friday

The French magazine ‘France Football’ released, this Friday, the 30 finalists for the Golden Ball Award, given to the best player in the world of the year. Among the names on the list, Messi, CR7, five players from Chelsea, champion of the Champions League and Neymar, the only Brazilian among the candidates, stand out.

In addition to the Golden Ball award, ‘France Football’ also has the Kopa Trophy for the best under-21 in the world, the Yashin Trophy, which rewards the best goalkeeper in the world – Ederson is the only Brazilian on the list – and, finally, the women’s Ballon d’Or.
