Fluminense makes official the sale of Matheus Martins

Striker was sold to Udinese but ended up on loan to Watford

Fluminense announced this Wednesday afternoon the departure of Matheus Martins. The striker, formed in the club’s youth categories, was sold to Udinese, from Italy, but ended up being loaned to Watford, from England.

Through social media, Matheus Martins said goodbye to Fluminense last monday. The player has already been announced by the English team. It is worth remembering that Watford and Udinese are managed by the same owner and made an agreement in the negotiation.

– Fluminense Football Club concluded the negotiation for the transfer of attacking midfielder Matheus Martins. The club, which holds 10% of the player’s economic rights, appreciates the athlete’s dedication over the almost ten years in which he wore the tricolor armor and wishes much success in his new stage. Formed in Xerém, Matheus played 51 times for the professional team and scored six goals – published Fluminense.
