Fateful weekend for Judo Morales in the Spanish Super Cup

During this weekend the Spanish Judo Super Cup took place in Pamplona. The province of Zamora was represented only by the Judo athletes Morales Sergio Rodrigo, Álvaro del Arco, Sara Ventosa and Elena Bahamonde.

In a tournament in which luck was not on the side of the Zamoranos, who even failed at the weigh-ins, the high level of the rest of the participants did not help either, who, on the other hand, were around 600.

The most notable performance was that of Elena Bahamonde who, with her seventh position in -44kg, was the closest to the podium from Zamora. In addition, with the score obtained, she will be able to climb at least one or two places in the national ranking.
