MAZATLAN._ Julio Collantes y Jorge Lizarraga became the first champions of their respective categories, within the finals of the Garley Ladder Tennis Tournament Tournament 2022which takes place on the Kilómetro Cero linear park courts.
This Saturday, December 10, the champion of the AB category will be defined on the same field, between Rodrigo Morales Jr. and Felipe Miñón.
Collantes conquered level D by beating Raúl Lizárraga in sets of 6-4, 6-7 and 7-6 in the weekend final.
The new champion of the category did not have it easy at all, after he was caught in the second set and the final one took him out with a lot of drive and already in sudden death.
At the end of the final, the organizer Joaquín Díaz and the head of the tennis committee Jorge Aviña delivered the corresponding recognitions.

Lizárraga prevailed in the Singles C final by doubling Juan Velarde in straight sets 6-3 and 6-3, to win the title, in a tournament that spanned several months and with venues both in the town and in the capital of Sinaloa .

The tennis players Marco Villanueva and Francisco Milán obtained the third places of C and D, respectively.
