Even though the pair gave it their all, they couldn’t overpower North Americans Annie and Kerry Xu. The match was very competitive, 21-15, 15-21 and 14-21.
Last Thursday, December 8, Clara Azurmendi and Beatriz Corrales entered the round of the best 16. In that first phase, Emma Meng and Ashley Wong were more than the Canadians, beating them 21-14.
