On December 17th at the Palabandinelli in Velletri, the ASD Toukon Karate-Do, in collaboration with the other territorial realities envisaged by the PES Velletri Sport di Tutti – Quartieri project promoted by Sport e Salute, will kick off the eagerly awaited Christmas event, full of activities, demonstrations and surprises.
The program, aimed at all age groups, will take place from 9:30 to 14:00 in the Palazzetto dello Sport of Velletri in Via di Cori, where it will be possible to register for all the free activities scheduled for next year in the scope of the project, thanks to the special stands active for the entire duration of the event.
The morning will be marked by numerous laboratory activities for children and teenagers and sports demonstrations for adults and children.
For children aged 5 to 15, the creative writing workshop starts at 10:00, continues at 11:00 with the collective reading activity and finally, at 12:00, with the English workshop.
From 10:00 to 14:00 there will be the possibility for everyone to test themselves with checkers and chess.
Demonstrations of the various activities carried out in the first part of the project will instead take place in the Tatami area: at 10.00 there will be physical activity for children aged 3 to 6, at 10.10 with artistic gymnastics, at 10.00 :20 with karate, at 10:30 with parakarate, continues at 10:40 with general gymnastics, at 10:50 with yoga, at 11:00 with judo for children, at 11:10 with Tai Chi Chuan, at 11:20 with adult judo. At 11:30 a short foray into the creative writing workshop and at 12:40 of the English one, followed by traditional karate, competitive karate and then that of the little ones, to then finish at 1:20 pm with zumba fitness.
During the lineup scheduled at 11:40 the intervention of the dietician Mirko Montellanico entitled “The lifestyle at different times of the year”, during which it will be illustrated how the diet should vary according to the seasons and the different periods of the year and all the participants’ questions will be answered.
Finally, there will be exceptional guests such as karate and judo champions and… Santa Claus himself, ready to collect Christmas letters and wish everyone happy holidays.
This Christmas Edition will end with a moment of sociality, inclusion and conviviality during which sweets and drinks will be offered for everyone, and to which all participants are invited to contribute by bringing something to share.
