According to a report by t-online Bruno Labbadia becomes the new head coach of VfB Stuttgart. The decision will be announced on Thursday.
Labbadia, most recently coach of Hertha BSC (2020-21), has already worked for the Swabians. From 2010 to 2013 he was the boss on the sidelines of the Stuttgart professionals. He succeeds Pellegrino Matarazzo, who was sacked in mid-October. Michael Wimmer, who has been active as an interim coach since then and was also able to calculate chances for the chief post, moved back to second place.
