In the English League Cup, the Belgians of Leicester made their comeback with a 0-3 victory in the round of 16 against the MK Dons, residents of the third division. Youri Tielemans notably distinguished himself by opening the brand in favor of the Foxes.

The Belgian quartet composed of Wout Faes, Timothy Castagne, Dennis Praet and Youri Tielemans was present from the kick-off on the lawn. They played the entire game, with the exception of Castagne, replaced in the 79th minute by Albrighton.
