Cologne (SID) – One day after the defeat against Cholet Basket in the Europe Cup, the Niners Chemnitz reported back with a win in the Bundesliga. Captain Jonas Richter’s team won against medi Bayreuth 84:77 (50:38) and pushed the guests even deeper into the crisis. While Chemnitz is in sixth place with the top group, Bayreuth fell to the penultimate place in the table.
Next Tuesday, the Niners are challenged again in the Europe Cup. Then the Portuguese representative FC Porto will be guests at the Chemnitz Exhibition Centre.
