The Grand Group of the Olot Figure Skating Club was proclaimed this past November runner-up of the world in show groups. Escalant’s performance placed him in second place on the podium of the world championships held in Argentina. In the summer, the junior group won the European title with the Final Decision dance, closing a season full of successes.
In order to honor and recognize the career of CPA Olot and the latest goals achieved, the city council organized a reception at the club. The event was attended by members of both teams as well as their coaches and the club’s management team, as well as family and friends.
