2022 World Cup: France takes on Poland and qualifies for the quarterfinals

France qualified for the quarter-finals by winning against Poland (3-1). The Blues rested on a goal from Giroud, who became the Blues’ top scorer with 52 goals and two others from Mbappé who made the break fifteen minutes from time before scoring a double at the 90th. Poland saved the honor in the 95th from the penalty spot by Lewandowski.
