Yokasta Valle gives the weight before fighting to be the 108-pound champion

The Costa Rican boxer, Yokasta Valle, gave weight this Friday to face the Argentine Evelyn Bermúdez, and try to consecrate herself at 108 pounds.

Valle stepped on the scale at 107.4 pounds.

The South American arrives at the evening as IBF and WBO champion, and will seek to defend both belts.

If the national manages to be crowned, it will have been done in three categories, since it has won titles at 102 and 105 pounds.

“I am very happy, I want to win five titles for Costa Rica and continue growing, I respect my rival a lot, but I want to bring both of his belts home with me,” Valle said.

“We know who Yokasta is, but I want to keep my undefeated and show what I am,” said the Rosario-born.

The fight can be enjoyed by ESPN Knockout from 8 pm, Regis Prograis and José Zepeda lead as part of the evening.
