Vienna winner Medvedev is defeated in Paris by Australian De Minaur – tennis

Paris – Vienna winner Daniil Medvedev was eliminated in round two of the Paris-Bercy Masters 1000 tennis tournament on Wednesday. Three days after his final success at the Erste Bank Open, the Russian lost 4:6.6:2.5:7 in his opening match as number four to Alex de Minaur. Medvedev ended the match with a double fault and then smashed his racquet. Next came the Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz (No. 1). The race for the last two ATP Finals tickets was decided.
