Valentino Rossi’s VR46 Riders Academy released several of its members

GridOto.com – Valentino Rossi’s racing academy, VR46 Riders Academy, is taking a big step in preparation for the 2023 MotoGP world championship.

Valentino Rossi and the top ranks of the VR46 Riders Academy have decided to drop several names from the academy for MotoGP 2023.

This was done by the Valentino Rossi academy in order to concentrate more on the assets in the 2023 MotoGP premier class.

This discourse has been considered throughout the 2022 season, and it became even more solid when Pecco Bagnaia secured the 2022 MotoGP world title.

“For us as an academy, the MotoGP world title is a big thing,” said Alessio Salucci, Valentino Rossi’s right-hand man and head of the VR46 Riders Academy, reported by GridOto.com from Speedweek.

The man who is fondly called Uccio revealed that the academy already has a slightly different and more serious view than before.

“We started in 2013, just a group with a passion for motorcycle racing. Passion is everything. Seeing Pecco become world champion and we are ranked second in the MotoGP standings twice with Pecco and Franco Morbidelli in 2020 and 2021 makes me proud,” continued Uccio.

“We didn’t start this just for fun, because you can’t see this as a toy, neither of us should think of it as such,” he explained.

Uccio also admitted that there were many things on the minds of the academy because of the many responsibilities.
