Lodovico Deangeli, captain of Pallacanestro Trieste and a fundamental man in the red and white comeback, spoke to Daniele Benvenuti on “Tuttosport” about the success he had just won: “The beauty of the company in Naples is to have managed to win the match 8 times, losing only 7. I try to deserve it, learning and asking for advice to convey the sense of belonging especially to foreigners, who arrived without knowing that basketball really matters a lot here. We haven’t done anything yet, but being unlocked is of paramount importance. Naples has already passed, Sassari arrives on Sunday. My natural role is that of a small forward but, without Lever, I play almost only 4: it doesn’t matter if I can make myself useful to the team in my city. When you dream about something since childhood, it’s easy to throw your heart over the obstacle ”.
