Why did you choose the Trieux DPG Dojo?
I did not choose the club, it was the club that chose me. He was looking for a teacher for a replacement for six months, finally, I stayed there and it will soon be 12 years that I am there.
Is judo the sport you have always practiced?
No, I’m a real jack-of-all-trades. I did swimming, skiing, boxing, tennis, basketball, volleyball, athletics, golf, archery or even table tennis, but it was a childhood dream of practicing judo. I realized it by registering with my first son, I was then 34 years old.
If you weren’t a judoka, what sport would you have liked to practice?
I would have liked to practice triathlon or kayaking.
