The Compagnie des Archers du Loudunois organised, on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th November Loudun, an indoor shooting competition, selective for the regional and French championships. Para archery competitors were included in the program.
No less than 24 clubs and 143 archers from New Aquitaine and neighboring departments took part in an indoor archery competition at the Petit Colas gymnasium on Saturday and Sunday in Loudun. Selective for the regional and French championships, the competition was organized by the Compagnie des Archers du Loudunois.
Participants competed in three weapon categories: recurve, compound bow and barebow. Two series of 10 rounds (3 arrows) allowed each to reach a maximum of 600 points.
note that the youth competition brought together around twenty participants on Sunday morning, which allowed them to familiarize themselves with future official competitions (2 series of 7 rounds).
