The Famu de Frutos from Vigo clearly dominated the Galician Judo Championship played in Ferrol on Sunday by adding 13 medals, with five victories, and, in this way, leading the team classification. Judo Baixo Miño finished in third place and Club Galicia Sur, also from Vigo, came fourth.
Malena Castro (-48 kilos), Pauline Couty (-63), María Rey (-70), Diego Castro (-66) and Zaza Jandieri (-90) won on behalf of Famu.
Baixo Miño Guardés won a total of three medals with only one gold. It was for Elena Canibano in the category of -57 kilos. Within Galicia Sur, which added two podiums, the victory of Carla Piquín Casabella stood out in +78.
